Flights take place at dawn, approximately between 6:00 and 8:00 AM. The exact time varies depending on the season and weather conditions. We'll contact you the evening before to confirm the meeting time.
The balloon flight lasts 45 to 60 minutes in the air. The complete experience, including balloon inflation, flight, landing and toast, takes approximately 2 to 3 hours.
Yes. Happy Fly complies with all regulations from Mexico's Civil Aviation Authority (DGAC). Our pilots are certified, balloons receive constant maintenance, and passenger insurance is included in all packages.
Children over 6 years old can fly accompanied by an adult. There is no maximum age limit as long as the passenger can stand during the flight.
Safety is our priority. If weather conditions are not suitable, we reschedule your flight at no additional cost to the nearest available date or offer a full refund.
You can book via WhatsApp, by phone, or through our contact form. Request your preferred date and we'll confirm availability. Payment is made at the time of booking to guarantee your spot.
You can cancel free of charge up to 48 hours before your scheduled flight. Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice have a 50% charge. No-shows are non-refundable.
We recommend comfortable, warm clothing (it's cold at dawn), closed-toe shoes, a camera or phone with full battery, and sunscreen. Avoid loose hats and long scarves.
