By booking services with Happy Fly México, you accept the following terms and conditions.

1. Service

Happy Fly offers hot air balloon rides over the archaeological zone of Teotihuacán, State of Mexico. Flights are subject to favorable weather conditions.

2. Bookings

Reservations are confirmed upon payment. Flight dates are subject to availability and weather conditions.

3. Cancellation policy

• Free cancellation up to 48 hours before the scheduled flight
• Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice: 50% charge
• No-show: non-refundable
• Weather cancellation: free reschedule or full refund

4. Safety

Happy Fly complies with Mexico's Civil Aviation Authority (DGAC) regulations. All passengers have included insurance. The pilot has absolute authority over flight decisions.

5. Restrictions

• Minimum age: 6 years old accompanied by an adult
• Passenger must be able to stand during the flight
• Pregnant women cannot fly
• Boarding under the influence of alcohol or drugs is not permitted

6. Liability

Happy Fly is not responsible for personal items lost during the flight. We recommend securing belongings and avoiding loose objects.

7. Image rights

By participating in our flights, you authorize Happy Fly to use photographs and videos taken during the experience for promotional purposes, unless you indicate otherwise in writing.
